How does your "If you can't fix it,
I don't pay" guarantee work? The guarantee works in the following
fashion. If a technician can not figure out what is wrong with your
PC, you will pay nothing for the service call. This applies to both
software and hardware issues. If the technician finds that a piece
of hardware needs to be replaced but you choose not to
go ahead with the repair, you will still be required to pay for 1
hour of service. In some cases, the technician might find that the
system has hundreds of viruses and too many of your files are
corrupt and the best course of action would be to reinstall
your entire Operating System. If this is required, all your
important files will be backed up and the operating system will be
reinstalled.

| What happens if I decide it will cost
too much to repair the PC? If the technician diagnosis your PC and
tells you the course of action needed to repair it and you feel the
cost will be too high, you will only be required to pay the initial
diagnostics fee which will be 1 hour of service.
